An Educational, fun-filled affair with a major touch-up of conservation.
Nothing is possible without a healthy and conducive environment so it’s only right that we mind “Mother Earth”, first, then everything else (the fun and games) can follow.
It will be two days of non-stop, fun-filled activities organized by SportsUganda Ltd UK and Sembeza Africa including but not limited to;
Quality Physical Education (QPE), Skipping, Robotics, and Coding. They will also engage partners to provide Traditional African Sports and Games, alongside Quidditch (Quadball), our newest game offering.
Tree planting, bird viewing, counting, and naming not to forget putting your drawing skills to the test with prizes for the most realistic/ best portraits as voted by the participants and waste management #RememberToCleanAfterYourself.
*Sports activities for all ages which will include football, Athletics, rugby, netball, basketball, volleyball, quidditch and so many more. Bring the youngsters so that they can showcase and further harness their preferred sports skills amongst their peers, never know who could be watching.
There will also be fitness classes for the fitness-obsessed and those of us who haven’t hit that gym in a while and feel a little bit out of shape.
Baseline Fitness Test: For the first time in Uganda, we will implement a Baseline Fitness Test to collect performance data for Primary and Pre-Primary age groups in our programs
*Robotics immersion, for the nerds and the tech-lovers. Come learn from the experts, showcase your bot building skills or simply watch those good at it do their thing. Either way it will surely be a nerdy, satisfying treat.
Cultural showcase packed with live band music and displays meant to evoke positive cultural interactions between Uganda and various corners of the Globe, not forgetting charity events to champion charitable causes.
There will also be a Quiz to test your General knowledge and lots of great prizes to be won, including for various activities, we wouldn’t want you to go back home empty-handed, so yes, there will be lots of spoils of the festival to bag, come well rehearsed, don’t leave your sharpened mind at home.
